Yes, they are standard WECo connectors, very accurate 75 ohm constant
impedance.  I used to have a few but don't any more.  Trompeter
Electronics also makes them, possibly other companies like Kings.  They
are not cheap!

Best bet, find an old AT&T/Bell System transmission man who might have
some stashed away.
