[Test-Equipment] Adapting mini test probe to banana jack?

My Tek 222PS showed up today. It has the original P850 10x mini 
probes, but it is missing the Industrial Lead Set (p/n 063-1079-00). 
These are similar to standard DMM test leads except that the positive 
(red) lead has a custom connector at one end of it into which you 
plug the scope probe (after removing the probe tip). Then you use 
whatever meter probe (alligator, straight, piercing, etc.) you wish 
at the other end of the lead.

As a work-around, if I could find a mini test probe-to-banana 
(female) adapter, this might allow me to use a standard set of DMM 
probes.

I've Googled, but have yet to find this adapter. I do find mini test 
probe-to-BNC, which as we all know will allow use of dual banana/BNC 
fitting, but that is really hugely overkill (weighty and bulky) and 
only one of the banana jacks will be useable (the ground connection 
is not there at the probe tip, but at the back end of the probe).

Any idea where I can find a mini test probe-to-banana (f) adapter? Or 
another creative solution?
