[Test-Equipment] VU meter

FS:  Jewell model #551VU meter.  It has a 4-1/2 square black bakelite
case.  On the meter
scale itself there are two scales one above the other. The markings on
the top scale are in VUs 
-20 to 0 in black then +1 to +3 in red.   The -20 marking is at the left
hand part of the scale
and the 0 mark is at the center and the +3 is at the right hand of the
scale.  The lower scale 
reads  0 to 100 and is in black with the 100 mark under the 0 in the top
scale .  The entire 
scale background is a very light orange color.  Meter is new and
excellent condition.
