Yes, one commonly available surplus is the Tek P6021, which is a
current transformer. Note that it has limited bandwidth (down to
120 Hz). If you find one of these, make sure it comes with the
termination - it's detachable so it can be replaced with an
amplifier, but sometimes they get lost. You won't be able to
calibrate the probe without it.

For operation down to DC, there are hall-effect probes available.
These are more expensive, and some versions are very similar to
the DMM probes.
