[Test-Equipment] Hand-held scopes?

I've widened my search for a portable scope to possibly include 
hand-held scopes.

My requirements are pretty modest: a few MHz, 1 channel. It would be 
nice to see spikes and in-rush currents to show customers. (Does this 
mean storage capability?)

Has anyone had experience with any hand-held model? I'd like to know 
anything you have to offer.
