I've got an HP 8640B that the fine tune knob for freq. adjustment has no effect. Is this a common failure point on these items? How do you get this thing apart? It's not killing me operational wise but i'd like to know what kind of headaches to expect in order to fix it. Or is it an easy fix? And, it's heavy as well.... Larry W0OGH
