[Test-Equipment] HP 1630D Logic Analyzer power supply failure

Hello,

I have a HP 1630D Logic Analyzer which was accidently connected to 220V 
when 110V was selected. :-(   grrrr
I need the standard industry designation for a transistor marked 4-0827 
made by Motorola. The transistor has a TO-220 housing and is used within 
the primary section of a switching power supply.
I also isolated a defective diode and a defective rectifier bridge, but 
these are standard items.

Any help is highly appreciated.

PS: I don't have the service manual only operation, no schematics given.
