[Test-Equipment] Tube tester meter

Hello:  Can anyone who has a military tube tester model TV3B/U look on
the face plate of the meter
and see if it gives the sensitivity of the meter.  Or else, may someone
who has a diagram of this
 tube checker look and see if it gives this information in the manual. 
Does the TV3B/U have
 a commercial model number as well.  Maybe it would give this
information.  Thanks for your response.
