I believe there was a 200D also. I believe they were all
simultaneously in production. The features of the 200A and 200B were
combined in the vertically-styled 200AB and the features of the 200C
and 200D were combined in the vertically-styled 200CD. If I recall
correctly, the AB series had higher output power, a smaller frequency
range, and higher distortion than the CD series.
I've got a 200A, a 200<X> (I've forgotten whether it's a B, C, or D),
and several 200AB's and 200CD's in my collection.
There was also a 201 series of audio oscillators; some of these show
up in a rack-mount form with an "R" appended to the model number.
Fair Radio had some 201CDR's in their catalog a while back, if I
recall correctly.
Then there's the 205 and 206; big 6U rack-mount jobs.
