[Test-Equipment] B&K 707 request for part

Just got around (illness for past many months, better now) to doing an 
alignment and using my tube checker. Discovered that the plate cap assy 
(ASMB-100) missing. Anybody know where I can got an original?

If not I will just build one with a clip, banana plug and wire, but need to 
know if the original is made with a split piece for the cap ring or is it 
like the old HV caps in TV's with molded bakelite around a fixed size metal 
ring. I would think it would have to be split to fit different size caps.
