[Test-Equipment] Looking for HP-8640B

The HP-8640B is a very stable and low phase noise generator. Probably a 
good idea to get two e-bay units that you have contacted the seller about 
your concerns. There are some parts for the 8640B that are NLA. There are 
also some workarounds for some of these. The gears are a problem area.

If I had one for sale, I could not guarantee it due to probable problems 
with the gears.
