I have no experience with the Trygon supply. However, almost all high
current power supplies have 2 remote voltage sensing terminals (+ and -)
which must be connected to the load for the supply to function.
To check out your supply, connect the + sensing terminal to the + voltage
output terminal. Connect the - sensing terminal to the - voltage output
terminal. Then, measure the output voltage of the supply.
