[Test-Equipment] Schematic or cal adj ident for Instek PSP-2010?

Anyone with a schematic, or at least what tweaks do what, on an Instek PSP-2010 (20V/10A) bench supply?

Voltage meter reads a taste high and I can't find the appropriate tweak.  Also, though I've determined the (rather sensitive) current meter adjustment, I find the reading shifts depending on whether the thermostatically controlled fan is on or off (!).  

Thought I'd check here first before asking Instek if they sell a service docs package.  There isn't anything to download from them directly other than the owner's and programming manuals.  Too bad the supplies aren't as well documented as Agilent's E3600 line is.
