[Test-Equipment] Tek sig gen plug-ins: phase-offset?

You can phase lock the FG-504 to an external reference signal
and then vary the output +/-80 degrees from the reference.
The manual states a phase lock frequency range from 100hz to
40 Mhz, although the capture range decreases above 4 Mhz
(the local frequency has to be set within a limited range,
+/- 10 major dial divisions, of the reference for capture
and lock to occur). The FG-5010 also has phase lock over
20Hz to 20Mhz and I believe up to +/-180 degrees is
possible, although I don't have a manual for this unit.
