[Test-Equipment] Marconi 2022C and HP8640B

Hi! Guys!
  My Marconi 2022C SG no output below 250MHz, it seems 160MHz VCO unlock, Could some one can tell me where can I download the Schematic or Block diagram of it?BTW, is it phase noise  -130dbc/Hz?I have a book, it mentioned
 the 2022C's phase noise is -130dbc/Hz,  it too inexpensive!the same SSG like HP8642 worth $30000-40000!but Marconi 2022c nly for $3500-5000!

  My another SSG HP8640B's wideband driver model(not power amplifer) seems with problem(no out put), could someone can tell me where can I get the part or replace it with other parts(for example some CCTV wide band amplifer model )?
