[Test-Equipment] Tek 1502 dual diode CR-1732 needed

Helping a friend that is repairing a Tek 1502 TDR....  The dual sampling
diode CR-1732 appears to be bad.  Tek part # 152-0631-00 . I believe this
was verified using parts from another 1502 that he just repaired.
Thankfully the tunnel diodes weren't damaged.  The manual doesn't give us
much information on this dual diode, as we'd obviously like to find a
replacement. Google hasn't been too helpful either.  Any ideas out there?
