[Test-Equipment] HP 8640B Selective Voltmeter Problem

My 8640B died again :-(

According to the manual, the problem is in the A60 Controller board (HP 
Part# 03586-66560 Rev A).  I have no way to troubleshoot with out two 
extender boards which I of couse do not have.

Would anyone have the module or a parts unit that they would be willing to 
part with?
