Click on the "L/C Meter IIB".  It's affordable, works well, and resolution
is down to 1nH with good accuracy.  Check the "calibration analysis" link
for tests against HP and Boonton standards.

I am looking for a working LCR meter preferably an HP.
Needing to test inductance into nanohenry range accurately. 
HP 4271, 4275 etc.
