[Test-Equipment] ToneOhm 550 and Schottky diodes

I know I have posted this question before, but may be the time was wrong.
I am getting quite desperate, so would like to try again:

I have recently been repatriated from Hong Kong to Sydney and somehow during
the process of moving I have "lost" the probes for my Polar ToneOhm 550.
Can someone give me some idea how to construct a replacement.

I have also found that my TEK 067-0587-01 has three faulty schottky diodes 
desiganated as 152-0042-01 and 152-0042-00

(CR 301,305,306)  Anybody have any idea where I can get hold of replacements 
/ substitutes?
