[Test-Equipment] Marconi 2017 service manul help needed

I have a Marconi 2017 SSG, with low output problem, Could someone can help 
me? where can I get the service manual for 2017?I found a web site , 
www.electronicsrepair.net/digital.shtml,they sell the manual very cheap, 
only $10, but the web seems in Russia, I'm afraid that will waste my 
money,although only $10. I want to know who had ever buy the manual from 
there?
