[Test-Equipment] wtd Faulty HP8555 mixer

Another person to check with is Luis Cupido, CT1DMK, email cupido (at)
mail.ua.pt.  He's done some work on repairing/upgrading the 21 GHz mixers
from Tek 490 analyzers, and I believe he's mentioned working on YIGs as
well.  Very knowledgeable fellow, from what I've seen.
