[Test-Equipment] Monsanto boards

I have some Monsanto boards that I got in a lot of material.  Three are 
marked 89002401, one is marked 89002421 and the last is marked 89000881. I 
suspect that these came from a DVM or counter. From the date codes on the 
chips and the type of chips (DTL?), I suspect that the boards were made in 
1968. Some of the boards are copy rite 1968.

Can anyone shed some light on what these are out of?
