[Test-Equipment] B&K 15 MHz Oscilloscope 1420

I have a small portable B & K 15 MHz Oscilloscope Model 1420 in a Motorola 
canvas carrying case which leads me to believe that it may have been used in 
commercial radio repair. I have a problem with it and maybe someone on this 
list has one of them or is knowledgable enough to help me even if they don't 
have one with the schematic.

The trace is out of focus. None of the controls on the front will fix this. 
Does anyone know how to tell me what to do to fix this? Many thanks in 
advance. Please help.
