[Test-Equipment] Radio City Products Model 323

I have a 1946 vintage Radio City Products model 323 tube tester.  It is of 
immediate post WWII vintage (one component that looks original is stamped 
June 11, 1946).  This one looks very clean and has a small roll chart that 
seems to have tubes listed up to the late fifties. It  is a "Counter Model" 
as it has no handle or hinged cover as most do.  A previous owner made a 
wooden box with a hinged cover to hold it, attached it to the tester with 
small brackets, and made a portable out of it.  It is Serial number 1611. 
I'm looking for a manual, copy or scan.  Can anyone help or point me toward 
one  Any help is much appreciated.
