[Test-Equipment] Dummy load

It may not be called "USP" in VK land, but I would expect that any 
mineral oil used as a laxative to be pure mineral oil.  Even in VK land.

John is of course correct in concept, that being...a *pure* mineral oil 
will be fine as a heat conductive medium in a dummy load.  Heathkit 
recommended it as an alternative to transformer oil in its dummy load kit.

Additives will cause problems as you point out.
