Hi:
It's me again. That pesky low frequency guy trying to get my 8551B - 851B combination going.
The dry out procedure is complete and I am ready to do a slow power up.
All hints and kinks from the group  are taken to heart.
Oops, need manuals! Surplus Sales of Nebraska quote didn't do a darn thing for me.
Buy or trade
Doesn't need to be perfect, just useable.
