The rule has always been that the serial number of the probe
has to match the serial number of the voltmeter. If a replacement probe
is found, a very detailed calibration will be required. I remember
seeing lots of adjustment pots in the 91, and don't remember
the manual as detailing the adjustment of them.
I've got a manual for a Bonton model 85 RF distortion meter
(basically a calibrated notch filter and RF voltmeter) if someone
should need a copy someday.
