[Test-Equipment] HP 6632B part needed

I have a HP 6632B power supply with a dim display.  The display is a Noritake CC1302G VFD.  Agilent wants to sell me a refurb power supply for $1200 to solve the problem.  Agilent seems to have no knowledge of the individual parts on the front panel circuit board.  Noritake tells me that the part is proprietary to Agilent, but they are checking with the home office in Japan to see if they can sell the part to me.  Anybody got any suggestions what to do.
