[Test-Equipment] Phase lock on military version of HP 8640B generator?

According to the 1983 HP data book, the 8640B has the locking ability. If you have
6 pushbuttons upper dead center of the control panel, then you have the locking
option as well as counter X10/X100 setting, and +1/2 digit setting. Otherwise,
if you don't have these pushbuttons, then you don't have the locking option. The
locking option allows for 5 x10-8/hr frequency stability

That is what I know.
