Hmmmm.... I don't think so. In the item's description, there is some info 
about frequencies is uses:

67 - 88 MHz

140 - 175 MHz

420 - 470 MHz


And seller sells also communication equipment... could this be a kind of 
(old) measuring set for them?. Look also at the PL-259 coax connector in 
the front panel; I don't think it fits a TV set.

Any other opinion?
