if memory serves me correct HP contacted the BAMA site and demanded
that all HP manuals be deleted from their site - now, when you look
at the HP page on BAMA you will see "Agilent Approved" manuals are
the only ones up there.

on the main BAMA site you will see the
"HP manuals have returned" - obviously Agilent (HP) finally gave them
permission to host the manuals that are up there.

that is probalby why they will not accept other HP manuals from us, as
they need Agilent permission to host them.

just a guess.
