8590 manual CDROMs are available on ebay for around $10 - mine has
like ten separate pubs and amounts to 79 MBytes.
According to the book, your 0030 0000000000 code has to do with a
memory failure but the book offers no more help than that. The 14 digit
code you see is actually 14 hex digits, amounting to 56 bits. All but
two bits of these 56 bits are used, and a "1" indicates a failure.
Yep you guessed it - the book says that the two bits which are set in
your error code are the two out of the 56 which are unused.
