[Test-Equipment] RE: HP 410 vs HP 412/A

The 412A uses an optical chopper with 4 #12 (I think) bi-pin lamps.  I've
had to replace some of them in my unit over time.  Other than that, it's a
fine VTVM.  Calibration has been bang on for many years without touching
anything.
