[Test-Equipment] Uses for a Fluke 721A Lead Compensator ?

Hello TE gang!

Well, I hope you understand me... sometimes you see a piece of test gear so 
cheap that you _should_ buy it ;-)... This is the case of a 0.99 GBP Fluke 
721A Lead Compensator I have bought today at eBay UK (item #3836909379, if 
you are curious)

Now, besides using it as a parts donor, which other uses could it have?
