Hi Miles:

Very ofter on eBay there is a telephone test system consisting of an 
audio oscillator, attenuator and AC meter all mounted on one of these 
combining cases.
They sell for low dollars and so might be a way to get the case.  
Companies like Fair Radio probably have them.
