[Test-Equipment] HP 8592B Spectrum Problem

I have the above with no sync (trash) on the trace.  I sent it to Agilent for repair.  
They said that the Processor Board (A-16) is bad.  They have no spare boards
available so they sent it back.  

The Clip Manual is about $400 and I really do not want to throw that much more 
good money after the bad.  Would anyone have a junker with a good board or know
of where I may find one?  Does anyone have a Clip Manual that would be willing to copy 
or scan the troubleshooting section and schematics for the processor?  I will gladly pay 
for time and expense involved.
