 I need help me  with  Motorola transistor datasheet and cross reference, it have the following numbers:

                                               3213            Low power
                                            M147             TO-92M CASE
I need know how find reference to  Motorola transistor and how work it , untill now I haven`t finded it in Web , help me please.
