Hi all, can anyone point me at a site with a machine readable version of a
manual for the 5316B counter. An opertaing manual with the spec and details
of the GP-IB commands would be useful, I dont need a full service manual
(yet!) I have tried Jose, BAMA and Logsa with no success. Maybe this is a
slightly unusual beastie?
