OK, does anyone have a schematic for either the 1009 or 1036 power meter?
Antidotal stories about blowing up a power head? Jokes with power
meters in the punch line? Anything?

Greetings

Any manuals or reprints available for Model 1036 and Model 1009 power
meters?

I have some experience using the 1018 but have never used either of
these. USAF surplus, both marked bad diode or bad sensor. But otherwise
complete.

Any collective experience with replacing the cartridge diodes with a
modern stripline units? I don't expect to measure power above 100 MHz or
so. Therefore, linearity with frequency is not important in my
application.

Regards from Arkansas,
Jim
