[Test-Equipment] customs duty on test equipment shipped Canada -> US

I have bought quite a lot of stuff w/o problems. It's best to ship via Canada
Post. If you ship via UPS, you may get screwed by their customs broker for $25
to $30 to do the paperwork. Have the stuff marked "Returning American Goods"
