[Test-Equipment] WTB: HP-5254 plug-in (or similar)

Hello!

In my quest to repair the HP-8555A plug-in (more on this later), I need a 
way to measure LO frequencies and, as I have a working HP-5245 mainframe, I 
would like to buy a plug-in for it to extend its capability to GHz ranges. 
I have found that any HP-5254 (A, B or C version) goes to 3GHz, which seems 
fine. So, please, if you have any available for sale (or another suitable 
model), let me know. I could be also interested in an HP-5255
