[Test-Equipment] OT: heat transfer paste

It is strange, indeed !
When somebody mentions "newsgroups", it seems that very few seem to have the
faintest idea what you are talking about. On one occassion somebody
requested information, and he got somewhat excited about my answer. So I
wrote some explanation in Norwegian and passed it to some of the local
friends.
