I am now several hundred miles from the Electrical Engineering library 
which I frequented in the early 1970s, so I do not have easy access to a 
printed copy of NBS Monograph 84. I am about an hour's drive from Virginia 
Tech, and I won't have a chance to get there to look at it for perhaps a 
few weeks. If anyone on the list is near a university with a large EE 
library, and would like to try to find a copy sooner than that, it is NBS 
Monograph 84, by Walter J. Hamer, "Standard Cells; Their Construction, 
Maintenance, and Characteristics" (Washington, DC GPO, 1965). Check the 
online catalog of a university library near you to see if they have a copy 
- that's how I confirmed that there is a copy at Virginia Tech. Try an 
author search on "Hamer, W. J."
