[Test-Equipment] Difficult Allen Screws

When you break off the extractor and can't get a hold of it to get it out of
the hole (It is barely in there if you can turn it backwards) then you go to
the hollow drill and drill out the entire screw, extractor and the threads
they are stuck in and tap it for the next size. In the case of knobs with
an insert, you get a new knob or thread the plastic.
