[Test-Equipment] WTB Probe for a HP 8405A

The probes are the same. The matched hot carrier diodes usually are the 
problem. If you can get a pair you can replace them easily enough on the 
little circuit board inside. If you find a used probe it is most likely 
bad. The probes are the weak link in this instrument.
