[Test-Equipment] WTB/WTT: Cushman CE-45A manual

would like to purchase or trade for a Cushman CE-45A manual; picked up a
slightly beat (Highway Dept.) service monitor; does not power up
(haven't checked much yet) - might decide to just part this one out.  it
does have a fairly nice front and rear panels, insides look fairly clean
but the case does show some dents/dings/etc.
on the rear there is an open section (in the "middle") of the panel -
was there some plug-in or other part missing?  pictures later.
