Hi Dave,
I have a mint copy. Pub 1968 by GR, Cost US$2.00. 164 pages including
index.
Nice little book. Explains basic concepts, illustrates measurements
using GR equipment of the period.Mostly math, but easily followed for
the serious experimenter new to microwave theory.
I would recommend if you don't have to pay too much for it.
