[Test-Equipment] Manual HP 403B AC Voltmeter

A bit of additional info. I just did a search on the same site for 3550 and
found that it has the operator and organizational maintenance manual for the
HP 3550 test set (also known as the AN/USM-181), which contains the 403B
voltmeter. Don't get too excited, though, since it's basically not much more
than an operator manual for the entire test set, and the maintenance is
nothing more than that which a user would perform. As with the manual on the
site for the 403B, it does not contain schematics, detailed circuit
description, etc. But it still might be of some use to some folks.

BTW, in my 21 years in the Air Force I had the opportunity to use the test
set quite a few times at various assignments. Trust me, it gets very heavy,
very quickly, when you have to lug it from building to building (or building
to vehicle to second building and back) when responding to maintenance calls
:-) Especially when you're also carrying a "portable" oscilloscope,
frequency counter and toolbox!
