[Test-Equipment] re Austron 1250A problems

Hi. Thanks to all who have sent comments, after a more careful investigation
it appears to be my LF Off-Air Standard is at fault. The Austron is running
well and blameless.

The OFS-1 was made by a small UK company called Halcyon Electronics Ltd, who
have a web site but seem to have "stopped trading". So if anyone happens to
have a circuit for their OFS-1 I would be very interested. I would also be
interested if anyone has detail of what has happened to them.
