[Test-Equipment] WTB: HP-5345A (working ot not)

Hello!

As title says, I am looking for a reasonably priced HP-5345A counter, 
working or not (but complete ;-)!). I got a nice HP-5354A converter but 
have not mainframe, which is a pity!
